Tay Miang Guan

Melaka's First Immersive Heritage Experience

Journey to Nanyang — where century-old rice wine tells stories of family, migration, and craftsmanship

The Story

From Chaozhou to Melaka — A journey across the sea

1908 · The Beginning

Five Tay brothers left Chaozhou-Shantou, carrying generations of rice-wine craftsmanship across the sea.

Blessed with clear spring water from Sampo Well, they founded Tay Miang Guan — a humble beginning that became Melaka's beloved heritage.

The Legacy

Day and night, they brewed with care. The fragrance filled Melaka's streets — a symbol of perseverance and hope that transcends generations.
